Our Sequential Test Methodology
Our sequential test methodology is based on trial experience to get your development through planning.
We work collaboratively with architects, planning consultants, local planning authorities and the Environment Agency.
The flood risk assessment methodology includes
Task 1 - Identify the alternative sites to be tested. This work is done by reviewing the council’s Policy documents and planning approvals and by determining the base line parameters for comparable sites.
Task 2 - Flood Zone Identification and evaluation of flooding from other sources
Task 3 - Determine the reasonably available sites.
Task 4 - Take into account other factors such as employment land requirement, transport and services.
